Job summary

Level Group ANZ is building a brand-new Business Support Specialist role to support our Member network across Australia with technical and systems expertise. You will work closely with the Support & Systems Lead to enable onboarding, training, and adoption of our core tools such as Simpro, Xero, Workable, Google Workspace and Silverstripe.

Open to Sydney, Brisbane, Sunshine Coast or Gold Coast, with hybrid or work-from-home options.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate in Business, Commerce, or Information Systems, OR 1–3 years in system support or software training.
• Ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical business owners and tradespeople.
• Strong verbal and written communication, detail-oriented and organised.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for events and Member visits.

Responsibilities

• Deliver first-line helpdesk support for member requests on core tools.
• Coach and train Members and teams to maximise value from software.
• Assist onboarding of new Members to our tech stack and track onboarding progress.
• Maintain central action registers, vendor tickets, and member reporting packs.
• Create user guides, training modules, and SOPs to improve Member experience.
