Job summary

Police Health is seeking a friendly Member Services Officer to join our Adelaide CBD team. You will be the first point of contact, helping members with health insurance enquiries, membership updates and policy changes across phone, email and other channels.

You will maintain accurate records, build rapport with members, and contribute to a culture of collaboration and exceptional service. Australian work rights and a National Police Check are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service, member services or contact centre role.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
• A genuine passion for helping people and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• A positive, team-oriented approach and confidence using customer systems and Microsoft Office.
• Experience interpreting policies, procedures or complex information and communicating it clearly to customers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service and support to members across phone, email and other channels.
• Assist members with health insurance enquiries, membership updates and policy changes.
• Build strong relationships by understanding members' needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Maintain accurate member records and correspondence in line with business and regulatory requirements.
• Provide accurate advice by keeping up to date with products, services and policies.
• Contribute to positive member outcomes, member retention and a collaborative team environment.
