Job summary

Viva Leisure, operator of Plus Fitness, seeks friendly, motivated Member Services team members for Mount Lawley and Lathlain clubs on a casual basis. You’ll be the welcoming face of the club, assisting members with questions, giving tours, and helping with memberships while keeping the club clean and inviting.

You’ll work in a well-equipped gym as part of a supportive local team with flexible casual hours to fit study or other work commitments. Training and development opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Current First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Knowledge of and a passion for the Fitness Industry.
• Experience in sales and customer service, ideally within the fitness or retail sectors.

Responsibilities

• Provide a professional and welcoming experience for all members, visitors and new joiners, including club tours and inductions.
• Support membership growth by responding to enquiries, following up on leads and maximising conversions.
• Engage with members on the gym floor, assist with queries and promote services like personal training and group fitness.
• Handle administrative duties including phone calls, member feedback, system updates and shift handovers.
• Maintain a clean, safe and well-presented club environment and report hazards and faults.

You’ll work in a well-equipped gym with functional trainingzones, boxing bags, battle ropes and a full range of cardio andstrength equipment, as part of a supportive team in the heart ofyour local community. Plus Fitness has over 200 locations acrossAustralia and Asia, backed by ASX-listed Viva Leisure, and thesecasual hours are flexible enough to fit around study, other work orlife.

SKILLS &QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with:

• Current First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness toobtain)

• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-presented club environmentby performing regular cleaning, equipment checks, restockingsupplies, reporting hazards and faults, and supportingoperational and administrative tasks
