Job summary

Viva Leisure Group in Narre Warren is seeking casual Member Services team members to be the friendly first face for members, delivering personalised service and helping the club grow through strong member relationships and new sign-ups.

Day to day you’ll assist members with enquiries, run club tours for prospective members, drive membership sales, and keep the club clean, welcoming and well presented.

Qualifications

• Current First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Knowledge of and a passion for the Fitness Industry.
• Experience in sales and customer service, ideally within the fitness or retail sectors.

Responsibilities

• Providing a professional and welcoming experience for all members, visitors, and new joiners, including conducting club tours and inductions.
• Support membership growth by responding to enquiries, following up on leads, and following Viva’s sales process to maximise conversions.
• Engage with members on the gym floor, assist with general queries, and promote personal training and group fitness.
• Handle administrative duties including phone calls, members feedback, system updates, and shift handovers, escalating issues when necessary.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-presented club environment by performing regular cleaning, equipment checks, restockingsupplies, reporting hazards and faults, and supporting operational and administrative tasks.

Our Narre Warren club is open 24/7 on Victor Crescent, holds a4.7 star Google rating from members, and sits under a kilometrefrom Westfield Fountain Gate with a great cafe strip on thedoorstep and easy access from Narre Warren station.

Casual role with a flexible schedule.

SKILLS &QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with:
