Job summary

Viva Leisure is seeking energetic Member Services team members for its Club Lime in Mentone, Melbourne. This casual role focuses on delivering exceptional, personalised service, conducting tours, driving membership sales, and maintaining a welcoming club environment.

You will respond to member enquiries, assist with inductions, promote services like personal training, and support club operations with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Current First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Knowledge of and a passion for the Fitness Industry
• Experience in sales and customer service, ideally withinthe fitness or retail sectors

Responsibilities

• Providing a professional and welcoming experience for all members, visitors, and new joiners, including conducting club tours and inductions
• Support membership growth by responding to enquiries, following up on leads, and following Viva’s sales process to maximise conversions
• Engage with members on the gym floor, assist with general queries, and promote additional services like personal training and group fitness
• Handle administrative duties including phone calls, members feedback, system updates, and shift handovers, escalating issues when necessary
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-presented club environment by performing regular cleaning, equipment checks, restocking supplies, reporting hazards and faults, and supporting operational and administrative tasks

This is an exciting opportunity to deliver exceptional,personalised service and create a positive experience for ourmembers. You’ll play a key role in supporting club growth bymaintaining strong member relationships and helping to attract newones.

Your day-to day responsibilities will include assisting memberswith general enquiries, conducting club tours for potential newmembers, driving membership sales, and ensuring the clubenvironment is clean, welcoming, and professionally presented atall times.

This is a casual opportunity with a flexible work schedule.

SKILLS &QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with:
