Viva Leisure is seeking an enthusiastic Club Manager for our Club Lime Geelong CBD, located inside Westfield Geelong. You will lead a dynamic team, drive member acquisition and renewals, and deliver an exceptional member experience every day.

Qualifications

• Current First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Strong knowledge of and passion for the Fitness Industry.
• Experience in sales and customer service, ideally within fitness or retail sectors.
• Demonstrated people management and team leadership experience.
• Proven sales aptitude with a results-driven mindset and ability to meet targets.
• Outstanding communication and leadership skills, with ability to engage both team members and clients to strengthen the brand.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Drive new member sign-ups, manage renewals, and implement strategies to enhance member satisfaction and retention.
• Ensure all members and guests receive high-quality service; handle complaints promptly and professionally.
• Maintain high standards of operational procedures; manage administration, auditing and organisation of the club.
• Ensure all activities, equipment, and facilities comply with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
• Recruit, train, schedule and manage in-club staff; ensure high team performance and morale.
• Plan and execute local marketing campaigns, community engagement events, and promotions to increase visibility and attract new members.
• Oversee development and scheduling of fitness programs and classes to meet member needs and trends.

SKILLS &QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with:

• Current First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness toobtain)
