Job summary

Viva Leisure is seeking a Multi Club Manager to lead two Club Lime locations in Goulburn, NSW, guiding coaching, member engagement and performance across both sites. You will shape standards, implement insights, and motivate a growing team within a well-loved network.

Ideal candidates bring leadership energy, strong sales and customer service experience in fitness, and a passion for our Viva values. This role offers scale and growth within a national health club operator.

Qualifications

• Current First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Certificate III/IV in Fitness (desirable).
• Strong knowledge of and a passion for the Fitness Industry.
• Experience in sales and customer service, ideally within the fitness or retail sectors.
• Demonstrated people management and team leadership experience.
• Proven sales aptitude with a results-driven mindset and ability to meet targets.
• Outstanding communication and leadership skills, with a passion for engaging both team members and clients to strengthen the brand.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional member experience by greeting all visitors, supporting enquiries and trialists, and helping members find training options that meet their needs.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team through effective recruitment, onboarding, training, coaching, and performancesupport.
• Manage rostering and payroll processes accurately, ensuring staffing levels meet business and member needs.
• Maintain high operational standards by ensuring clubs are clean, safe, well-presented, and fully equipped at all times.
• Oversee equipment maintenance, safety checks, incident reporting, and inventory management across multiple locations.
• Support local area marketing initiatives and identify opportunities to enhance member engagement and community awareness.
• Complete administrative tasks with attention to detail and ensure full compliance with Viva Leisure policies, procedures, and safety requirements.

Club Lime, part of Viva Leisure, is looking for a Multi ClubManager to lead our two Goulburn clubs, just 150 metres apart onLansdowne Street and Hume Street. Moving between sites is a shortstroll, so you can spend your time where it counts: coaching yourteam, connecting with members and lifting performance at bothclubs.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with:
