Job summary

Acquire Intelligence is seeking a Member Experience Specialist in Melbourne to look after top-tier members of a private luxury wellness club. You will conduct personalised check-ins, handle renewals, and assist with payments, all in the club’s tone.

On-site training at the clubs is provided, followed by ongoing support and development with your Team Leader. You will bring at least two years in luxury hospitality, a warm, natural voice, and exceptional English to maintain white-glove service and

Qualifications

• At least two years in a client-facing luxury hospitality role, such as hotel guest services, concierge, front office, private members club, premium retail or fine dining.
• A warm, natural voice and the confidence to hold unscripted conversations with high-profile members.
• Excellent spoken and written English; polished tone and manner.
• Right to work in Australia; consent to background and reference checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalised check-in calls to top-tier members.
• Reconnect with members whose visits have lapsed and welcome renewals.
• Assist with payments and maintain club communications in the club's tone.
• Gather feedback from members and relay insights to the club.
