Job summary

RACV Geelong is seeking a friendly Retail Consultant to join our Member Engagement team. You will complete a fully paid training program, learn our systems, customer service and sales processes, and work with a collaborative team.

The role is permanent part-time, averaging around 30 hours per week, with a six-week fixed roster. You will focus on delivering exceptional member experiences and promoting our range of products and services.

Qualifications

• Face to face customer service experience.
• Over the phone customer service experience.
• Prior experience achieving sales targets & KPI’s is highly regarded.
• Self-driven and motivated to succeed.
• Proficient in navigating through multiple systems.
• Enthusiastic, resilient, and committed to providing a positive member experience.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a fully paid and structured training program to upskill in systems, customer service and sales.
• Drive sales by focusing on members’ needs and providing immediate solutions.
• Champion personalised conversations by delivering exceptional service experiences.

Join our Member Engagement team as an enthusiasticRetail Consultantwho has the desire to exceed customer expectations. With strong interpersonal skills you will be proactive inestablishingand maintaining relationships with our members.

What you will be doing:

Hit the ground running with this customer service position. With our fully paid and structured training program you will be upskilled in systems, customer service and sales, and product knowledge. Then join a team who backs each other, in the kind of workplace people enjoy coming to.

You will play a critical role helping people who value and appreciate your care, and our products and services. With lots of variety, every day this role will bring new experiences.

Permanent part-time role

- commencing Monday, 26th of October

6-week fixed shift roster

- Averaged across a 30 hours per week cycle.

Fully paid & supported training program

- 7 weeks, Monday to Friday (full-time)

Drive sales

- by focusing on members’ needs and providing immediate and effective solutions with our range of products and services.
