Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, membership, administration or client support roles delivering high-quality experiences.
• Sound computer skills including MS Office and CRM systems.
• Strong attention to detail with accuracy in data entry and record management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to manage sensitive queries.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for inbound enquiries across membership, courses, events and webinars.
• Maintain CRM, membership administration, learner enrolments and financial transactions with accuracy.
• Resolve enquiries from initial contact through to resolution, minimising handoffs and ensuring a positive member experience.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and improve service delivery outcomes.
