Job summary

Beaumont People is assisting a national member association in Sydney CBD with a Hybrid full-time Customer & Member Support Coordinator role. You’ll be the first point of contact for enquiries across membership, courses, events and webinars, delivering a high-quality member experience.

You’ll manage CRM updates, learner enrolments, financial transactions and membership administration, while building relationships and solving problems.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service, membership, administration or client support role focused on delivering a high-quality customer experience.
• Strong attention to detail with data entry and financial processing accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage competing deadlines and prioritise workload.
• Call or contact centre experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for inbound enquiries, delivering a professional and personalised experience.
• Manage and resolve enquiries relating to membership, courses, events, webinars and general enquiries.
• Take ownership of enquiries from initial contact through to resolution, minimising handoffs and delivering a positive member experience.
• Maintain and update CRM and client reporting data to support accuracy and integrity.
• Manage membership subscriptions and process learner enrolments across public, in-house and scholarship programs.
• Process financial transactions, including invoicing, payments and refunds with a high degree of accuracy.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve issues, appropriately direct sales enquiries and improve service delivery outcomes.
