Job summary

PropertyMe is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Sydney. You’ll be the first point of contact for inbound inquiries via phone, email and chat, using our knowledge base to provide clear, accurate responses and triage requests.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Property Management, Real Estate or Trust Accounting.
• Experience providing phone and email support in a high-volume environment.
• Ability to upsell opportunities and recognize churn signals through customer interactions.
• Strong troubleshooting and active listening skills.
• Customer-focused mindset and collaborative approach.
• Familiarity with ticketing/CRM systems like Zendesk.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for inbound support via phone, email and chat.
• Answer questions using the PropertyMe knowledge base.
• Triage requests and determine the best course of action.
• Provide clear, well-written email and chat responses.
• Keep detailed notes in Zendesk.
• Contribute to knowledge base and help videos.
