Job summary

Hub Australia is seeking a friendly Workspace Experience Associate to greet members, coordinate events, and keep the clubhouse running smoothly with premium, personalised service in our Perth locations.

You’ll handle member inquiries, bookings, and cafe operations, manage inventory, and support day-to-day operations including opening and closing. RSA and Food Handling certification required; 2+ years in customer-facing roles preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a customer-facing role (hospitality, retail or similar).
• Customer-centric and hospitality-led mindset.
• Strong problem solving with a positive, solution-focused approach.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
• RSA and Food Handling Certification required or willing to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Create personalised experiences for members and guests as the welcoming face of the workspace.
• Respond to member/guest inquiries, bookings, mail, and emails promptly; solve issues.“
• Assist with cafe operations downstairs (training provided).
• Organise and execute workplace events, from small meetings to larger gatherings.
• Conduct regular inventory checks for food, consumables, and clubhouse supplies.
• Support day-to-day operations including opening/closing procedures and space checks.
