atWork Australia is seeking a Regional Manager to take full operational accountability for performance, delivery and profitability of employment services contracts across Melbourne. You will lead a team of Service Managers across multiple sites, driving outcomes and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

This role requires strategic leadership, contract and compliance savvy, financial acumen, and the ability to grow the regional business while upholding our values-led culture.

Formación

• Experience leading teams across multiple sites in employment services or similar.
• Knowledge of contractual and compliance-based service delivery environments.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen to manage budgets and forecast.
• Demonstrated capability in leadership, coaching and performance management.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Strong communication, organisational and decision-making abilities.
• A current Australian Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach and develop Service Managers to achieve strong performance and engagement.
• Ensure contractual, compliance, quality and financial obligations are met or exceeded.
• Drive placement, outcome and market share performance across Employment Service Areas.
• Build and maintain relationships with Services Australia, employers and community partners.
• Provide clear operational leadership, performance management and governance oversight.
• Contribute to financial forecasting, reporting and risk management.
• Represent atWork Australia at regional forums, committees and community events.
• Champion continuous improvement, service excellence and values-led leadership.
