Job summary

PERSOL Australia is seeking an experienced Sales Leader to guide a focused team of eight territory managers and clinical specialists across NSW and ACT. You will be highly visible in the field, coaching the team and engaging directly with customers and healthcare stakeholders while driving regional growth.

The role combines people leadership with hands-on commercial delivery, including tenders, contracts and strategic account management across public and private health sectors.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading and developing sales teams in medical technology or healthcare.
• Strong track record of achieving regional or national commercial targets.
• Ability to coach and motivate professionals to high performance.
• Experience managing complex healthcare accounts, tenders and procurement processes.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach an established team across NSW/ACT to deliver commercial results.
• Maintain field presence, coach in customer meetings and clinical engagements.
• Own regional sales performance, forecasting and pipeline management.
• Develop and execute NSW/ACT regional strategy for growth.
• Engage with clinicians and healthcare stakeholders to build value propositions.
• Lead tenders and contracting strategy with cross-functional teams.
