Job summary

• Experience in a marketing support or coordination role.
• Proficiency with Adobe InDesign and Canva for creating collateral.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Comfort working with budgets and supplier processes.

Responsibilities

• Marketing support: assist with plans, campaigns and materials.
• Graphic design and content: produce collateral using InDesign/Canva.
• Conferences and events: coordinate details and logistics.
• Project coordination: track deadlines and dependencies.
• Financial administration: support expenses, invoices, POs.
• Business support: distribute samples to sales teams in AU/NZ.
• Quality and compliance: assist with ISO documentation and audits.
• Product management exposure: support product activities and communications.
