Qualifications

• 2+ years in a client-facing role, preferably admin or medical support.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities with clients.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day operations of the medicolegal clinic.
• Prepare paperwork and briefs for medical specialists.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and other channels.
• Provide accurate information about services to clients.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions.
• Identify and escalate issues to the appropriate team.
• Assist with coordinating client meetings and events.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of customer service processes.
