You will greet patients, manage phones, bookings, and billing tasks, with strong computer skills and the ability to multi-task under pressure. Prior medical reception is preferred but not essential; confidentiality is guaranteed.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls and book appointments.
• Billing to Medicare | DVA | third parties.
• Daily/weekly banking and general administration.
• Faxing and scanning documents, handling mail.
