Castlereagh Imaging is hiring a Medical Receptionist for our Cremorne radiology practice in Sydney. You will welcome patients, manage front-desk duties, and provide high-quality administrative support in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

Ideal candidates have prior reception experience, strong computer skills, and a commitment to excellent patient service. This full-time role offers training on RIS systems and access to employee benefits, with pay negotiated based on experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role; radiology is preferred but not required.
• Excellent computer skills and proficiency with standard software.
• Provide excellent customer service skills and telephone manner.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.

The Role

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Medical Receptionist to join our team on a full-time basis.

You will be a key member of the team, creating a welcoming environment for our patients and supporting the team with high-quality administrative support at our Cremorne practice.

Key Responsibilities

• General medical reception work
• Customer service and patient care
• Settling accounts

About you

• Previous experience in a similar role (Radiology is preferred but not essential)
• Excellent computer skills and proficiency
• Provide excellent customer service skills and phone manner
• High level attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team environment
• Be able to demonstrate a strong culture fit with the organisation and our Core Values

The hourly rate will be negotiated with the successful applicant based on skills and experience.
