Job summary

I-MED Radiology Network is seeking a friendly Medical Receptionist for our Drummoyne clinic. This full-time, permanent role runs Monday to Friday with shifts 7:30am–9:00pm, and occasional weekend work.

You will be the first point of contact for patients, managing check-ins, handling inquiries, arranging prep for scans, and supporting billing across private, Medicare, workers’ compensation and DVA. You’ll work with clerical, radiology and referrer teams to ensure a smooth patient experience.

• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organisational abilities to manage appointments and patient flow.
• Relevant reception experience.
• Confidence working across multiple screens and systems.

Our clinic in Drummoyne is currently seeking a friendly and organised Medical Receptionist to join the team. This is a full time, permanent opportunity, working Monday to Friday, with shifts between 7:30am - 9:00pm. As well as the opportunity to work Saturday’s and Sunday’s.

As a Medical Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, playing an important role in creating a positive and professional patient experience.
