Job summary

I-MED Radiology is seeking a Medical Receptionist to be the first point of contact for patients in our clinic network. You will greet patients, assist with check-in, answer queries, and coordinate across multiple screens and systems to keep appointments flowing smoothly.

Responsibilities include advising patients on scan preparation and handling billing (private, Medicare, workers compensation, and DVA) in collaboration with clerical and radiology staff.

• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong organisational abilities to manage appointments and patient flow.
• Relevant reception/customer service experience.
