I-MED Radiology is seeking a dedicated Medical Receptionist to join our Blacktown clinics as the first point of contact for patients. You will manage check-in, confirm appointments, and support billing across private, Medicare, and DVA channels.

This full-time role is based at Blacktown Medical Imaging Westpoint and Main St, with occasional coverage across nearby clinics. Monday–Friday 8am–5pm, some Saturdays 8am–12pm, and wellbeing benefits.

Qualifications

• Clear verbal and written communication skills required.
• Strong organisational abilities to manage appointments and patient flow.
• Previous reception experience in healthcare preferred.
• Ability to work across multiple screens and systems.

In 2026, I-MED Radiology's clinic network expanded across the Sydney Metropolitan Region following the acquisitions of Radiology Group, Blacktown Medical Imaging Westpoint and Main St located Sydney's West.

The role is a Full Time, Medical Receptionist position, working Monday to Friday shifts between 8am and 5pm and occasional Saturday shifts from 8am to 12pm. This role is primarily based at our Blacktown Medical Imaging Westpoint and Main St clinics However you may be required to work across other nearby I-MED clinics to support operational needs. All of these clinics are convenient through nearby transport.

Role Overview:

As a Medical Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting patients warmly and assisting with check-in procedures.
• Answering emails and phone calls promptly and handling inquiries professionally.
• Advising patients of preparation prior to relevant scans.
• Billing procedures - private, Medicare, workers compensation, and DVA.
• Collaborating with clerical and technical staff, radiologists, and referrers.
