Sunshine Coast Radiology is seeking enthusiastic Medical Receptionists to join our teams across the Sunshine Coast. You will welcome patients, manage appointments and enquiries, process Medicare/private claims, and support radiology staff in a busy clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming patients and providing friendly, professional service.
• Managing appointments, bookings and patient enquiries.
• Answering phones and responding to patient queries.
• Processing accounts, Medicare and private health claims.
• Supporting Radiologists, Sonographers and Radiographers.
• Maintaining accurate and confidential patient information.
• Liaising with patients, referrers and medical practices.
• Assisting with the smooth day-to-day operation of the practice.
• Participating in team meetings, training and ongoing development.

Sunshine Coast Radiology (SCR) is looking for enthusiastic and professional Medical Receptionists to join our growing teams across the Sunshine Coast.

About Sunshine Coast Radiology

Sunshine Coast Radiology is the largest medical imaging provider on the Sunshine Coast and part of the Imaging Queensland and Integral Diagnostics (IDX) network.

With 13 clinics spanning the whole Sunshine Coast, we offer opportunities to work in desirable locations and clinical environments, supported by experienced and friendly teams.

About the Role

As a Medical Receptionist, you'll be an important part of the patient journey and the wider clinical team.

Your day will include:

• Welcoming patients and providing friendly, professional service
