Sunshine Coast Radiology is seeking Medical Receptionists to join our growing team across the Sunshine Coast. You will welcome patients, manage appointments, handle enquiries, process Medicare and private health claims, and support radiology staff.

We value friendly, professional service and confidentiality. The role offers weekday day shifts with full training and ongoing development opportunities in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in medical reception or healthcare is highly regarded, but we’re open to candidates with strong customer service and administration experience.
• Friendly, approachable and genuinely enjoy helping others.
• Confident communicating with patients and healthcare professionals.
• Organised, reliable and able to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming patients and providing friendly, professional service.
• Managing appointments, bookings and patient enquiries.
• Answering phones and responding to patient queries.
