We have an exciting opportunity for an ideally experienced Medical Receptionist to join our team on a permanent part-time basis at both sites.

Qualificações

• Minimum 12 months experience as a medical receptionist.
• Experience with Best Practice software (preferred).
• Familiar with TYRO, DVA, Workcover and Medicare billing.
• Commitment to patient confidentiality.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; reliable and punctual.

Responsabilidades

• Front desk management and all administration duties.
• Greet patients, answer calls, book and confirm appointments, and manage accounts.
• Maintain the Best Practice patient database.
• Process and receipt payments with TYRO, DVA, Workcover and Medicare.
• Maintain reception area and Doctors consulting rooms.

Part-time Medical Receptionist

About The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for an ideally experienced Medical Receptionist to join our team on a permanent part-time basis at both sites. Opening hours of the Practices are 8.00 am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday, and Saturday 8:30am to 12:30pm.

Your Responsibilities

• Front desk management including all administration duties
• Patient management; greeting and welcoming patients, answering phone enquiries, making, and confirming appointments; checking, processing, and managing customer accounts; and assisting callers with general enquiries
• Maintenance of the Best Practice patient database
• Processing and receipting payments using TYRO, DVA, Workcover and Medicare billing
• General housekeeping and upkeep of reception area and Doctors consulting rooms

About You

You are an experienced Medical Receptionist that can work autonomously and efficiently. You are motivated and enthusiastic, and enjoy being a part of a fun and dynamic team.

Skills & Experience

• Minimum 12 months experience as a medical receptionist (ideal)
• Experience with Best Practice software (preferred)
• Familiar with processing and receipting payments using TYRO, DVA, Workcover and Medicare billing
• Comprehension of and dedication to patient confidentiality
• Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skillsReliable and punctual
