I-MED Radiology Network in Toronto is seeking a friendly and organised Medical Receptionist to join the clinic. The role is available on a full-time or part-time basis, with full-time hours Monday-Friday 8.00am-5.00pm and part-time options including Monday-Wednesday 8.00am-5.00pm or Wednesday-Friday 8.00am-5.00pm.

You will be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a positive and professional experience.

• Strong organisational abilities to manage appointments and patient flow.
• Relevant reception experience.
• Confidence working across multiple screens and systems.

Our clinic in Toronto is currently seeking a friendly and organised Medical Receptionist to join the team. This role is available on either a full-time or part-time basis. The full-time role involves working Monday-Friday between the hours of 8.00am-5.00pm. The part-time role is offered as a job share arrangement, with the successful candidate working either Monday-Wednesday 8.00am-5.00pm or Wednesday-Friday 8.00am-5.00pm.

As a Medical Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, playing an important role in creating a positive and professional patient experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting patients warmly and assisting with check-in procedures.
• Answering emails and phone calls promptly and handling inquiries professionally.
• Advising patients of preparation prior to relevant scans.
• Billing procedures - private, Medicare, workers compensation, and DVA.
• Collaborating with clerical and technical staff, radiologists, and referrers.
