Job summary

Imaging Queensland on the Sunshine Coast is seeking a Radiologist Services Coordinator to support radiologists and the wider team. You will organise rosters, manage workflows, and oversee onboarding and payroll processes to ensure smooth service delivery.

The role suits a highly organised professional with strong relationship skills, discretion, and experience in medical administration. Hybrid work options and a supportive environment on the Sunshine Coast are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in a complex administration, executive assistant or coordinator role.
• Professionalism and discretion with confidential issues.
• Outstanding planning and organisational skills; ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong relationship-building with stakeholders and the trusted go-to person.
• Proficient with MS Office and diary management.
• Exposure to Medical, Health or Radiology beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with Radiologists and the broader team.
• Organise rosters, workflows, sign-offs, exams, leave and admin activities.
• Onboard Radiologists including accreditation, Medicare compliance and training.
• Prepare Radiologist timesheets/payroll for processing.
• Organise meetings, agendas, venue, catering and minutes.
• Oversee travel requirements including flights, accommodation and car hire.
