Everyday Medical in Brisbane is seeking a friendly medical receptionist to join our busy general practice. You will warmly greet patients, manage appointments, register new patients, answer phones, and support clinical staff to keep smooth operations across rotating shifts.

The role emphasizes clear communication, accuracy in billing, and a calm, patient-centered approach in a fast-paced environment, including occasional Saturdays, with a modern, community-focused practice.

About the role

As our receptionist, you'll be the first point of contact for our patients, playing a vital role in creating a positive and memorable experience at every visit. You'll work varied shifts including early starts (7:00am) and late closes (7:00pm/7:30pm), different shifts shared across our reception team.

• Essential experience using Best Practice software
• Proven experience as a medical receptionist in a busy general practice
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work varied shifts and occasional Saturdays
• Available to work across rotating roster and to fill roster gaps
