Job summary

I-MED Radiology is seeking a dedicated Medical Receptionist to join our Blacktown clinics as the first point of contact for patients. You will manage check-in, confirm appointments, and support billing across private, Medicare, and DVA channels.

This full-time role is based at Blacktown Medical Imaging Westpoint and Main St, with occasional coverage across nearby clinics. Monday–Friday 8am–5pm, some Saturdays 8am–12pm, and wellbeing benefits.

Qualifications

• Clear verbal and written communication skills required.
• Strong organisational abilities to manage appointments and patient flow.
• Previous reception experience in healthcare preferred.
• Ability to work across multiple screens and systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and assist with check-in procedures.
• Answer emails and calls professionally and promptly.
• Inform patients about scan preparations.
• Handle billing procedures across private, Medicare, and DVA.
• Collaborate with clerical and radiology staff to ensure smooth operations.
