Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in Workers' Compensation, Personal Injury or Insurance.
• Strong understanding of medical management and return-to-work processes.
• Experience coaching and developing high-performing teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of Medical Management Specialists to achieve outcomes.
• Oversee assessment and approval of medical and related services to ensure compliance.
• Monitor team performance and provide feedback; identify development opportunities.
• Collaborate with Medical Advisors, Treating Health Practitioners and Claims Leaders to support recovery pathways.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and process efficiencies.
