DXC Technology in Melbourne is seeking an experienced leader to head a high-performing Workers Compensation claims team for a major self-insured employer. You will coach claims professionals, drive performance and deliver exceptional outcomes for customers and injured workers.

Lead a team, provide technical guidance on complex claims, ensure legislative compliance, and collaborate with stakeholders to identify continuous improvement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Team leadership experience in Workers Compensation.
• Strong knowledge of self-insurance schemes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder skills.
• Strong coaching, problem-solving and decision-making ability.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of Claims Case Managers.
