Job summary

DXC Technology seeks a Workers’ Compensation Medical Management Lead to steer a national multidisciplinary team. You will govern medical services, optimise expenditure, oversee IMEs and rehabilitation, and drive sustainable return-to-work outcomes.

The role requires expert leadership, strong governance, and a deep understanding of medical treatment pathways within a self-insured workers’ compensation framework. You’ll partner with providers and stakeholders to deliver high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in allied health, Nursing, or related field desirable.
• Demonstrated leadership of multidisciplinary teams in workers’ compensation or similar.
• Experience managing medical expenditure, IMEs, and rehabilitation governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead a national multidisciplinary team for medical management of workers’ compensation.
• Oversee governance, cost control, and return-to-work outcomes.
• Drive evidence-based care pathways and treatment governance across portfolios.
