Zusammenfassung

Iluka Resources is seeking a self-motivated Medical and Emergency Services Officer to join the Health & Safety team at the Jacinth-Ambrosia mine site in SA. The role focuses on first response medical care and incident command during emergencies on a remote site.

You will lead the volunteer Emergency Response Team, maintain equipment readiness, and develop Rescue Plans while working a fixed 8/6 FIFO roster with flights from Adelaide or Ceduna.

Aufgaben

• Provide primary (first response) medical care to employees and contractors.
• Ensure calibration and maintenance of medical equipment.
• Lead incident command and team during emergencies.
• Maintain readiness of the Emergency Response Team at all times.
• Assist with training and development of rescue plans.
• Oversee fitness-for-work monitoring related to drugs and alcohol.
• Develop and own site Rescue Plans (TARP, Confined Space, etc.).
• Advise on improving emergency medical resources with site development.
