Qualifications

• Experience leading emergency services teams.
• Supervisory ability with focus on safety and governance.
• Background in paramedicine, nursing, fire services or policing.

Responsibilities

• Set strategic direction for emergency services professionals.
• Coach and develop team members in Emergency Management deliverables.
• Maintain emergency response capability aligned with procedures.
• Support prevention, planning and response to on/off site emergencies.
• Plan training scenarios to verify response against risk profile.
• Ensure high quality medical treatments and adherence to guidelines.
• Act as On-scene incident commander during emergencies.
• Oversee drug management, equipment inspection and maintenance.
• Build site IMT governance and support mutual aid partners.
