MECCA Penrith in New South Wales is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead the store team, ensuring smooth stock processes and a visually stunning environment. This is a full-time role at one of Australia’s leading prestige beauty retailers.

You will drive merchandising, stock audits, and staff development, coaching for KPI achievement while upholding MECCA values and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operations team to ensure seamless stock intake and store presentation.
• Manage monthly visual merchandising and promotional setups.
• Audit stocktakes and control stock integrity.
• Develop and mentor the team through ongoing training and feedback.
• Motivate in-store teams to achieve KPIs and uphold MECCA values.

Day-to-day responsibilities:

• Lead the operations team to create and maintain seamless processes for incoming stock and to ensure the store is always looking beautiful
• Manage and execute monthly visual merchandising and promotional setups
• Manage and audit stocktakes
• Help to build a highly effective team through ongoing training, mentoring and by providing regular feedback
• Engage and motivate your team in store to meet KPIs and uphold our values

What success looks like in this role:

• Prior experience managing a team and handling large volumes of stock.
• Previous coaching and mentoring experience focusing on team member development
• A keen eye for detail, ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
