MECCA Brands is seeking a Store Operations Specialist for our Pakington Street store in VIC, Australia, on a part-time basis at 10 hours per week. You will support stock replenishment, customer service initiatives, and daily operations to help deliver standout experiences for our customers.

The role offers in-store training, product knowledge, and a health and safety‑conscious environment, along with staff discounts and a product allowance.

Responsibilities

• Assist and support the store to deliver exceptional customer service by making sure stock is well replenished and presented at the highest standard
• Support management team in the delivery of MECCA’s customer service initiatives and setting areas of focus
• Complete daily stock maintenance and all cyclical stock management processes
• Contribute to the overall store performance by identifying and driving operational activities

Day-to-day responsibilities
