MECCA Brands is seeking a Store Operations Specialist for our MECCA Pakington Street store in Victoria. This part-time role offers 20 hours per week, with regular schedules and opportunities for growth within Australia’s leading beauty retailer.

You will support the store team to deliver exceptional customer service, ensure stock is replenished and presented to the highest standard, and contribute to MECCA’s operational initiatives. A good brand and product knowledge helps you shine.

Responsibilities

• Assist and support the store to deliver exceptional customer service by making sure stock is well replenished and presented at the highest standard
• Support management team in the delivery of MECCA’s customer service initiatives and setting areas of focus
• Complete daily stock maintenance and all cyclical stock management processes
• Contribute to the overall store performance by identifying and driving operational activities

Day-to-day responsibilities

• Assist and support the store to deliver exceptional customer service by making sure stock is well replenished and presented at the highest standard
• Support management team in the delivery of MECCA’s customer service initiatives and setting areas of focus
• Complete daily stock maintenance and all cyclical stock management processes
• Contribute to the overall store performance by identifying and driving operational activities
