MECCA is seeking a passionate Floor Manager to lead the MECCA Carindale store in Queensland on a full-time basis. You will support the Store Manager, coach a large team and drive exceptional customer experiences.

Day-to-day responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in leading your team to deliver exceptional customer experience

What success looks like in this role

• Prior experience managing a large format retail environment where you inspire and educate large teams
• A true passion for exceptional customer service, going above and beyond to create MECCA-magic moments.
• Previous coaching and mentoring experience focusing on team member development
• Genuine care for people, and always striving for the best possible team member experience
