Job summary

MECCA Brands is seeking a Store Manager to lead the MECCA Burwood store in NSW on a full-time basis. The role requires guiding operations, mentoring a large team, and delivering exceptional customer service to create MECCA-magic moments.

You will drive KPIs, coach staff, and foster strong relationships with customers and brand partners, while supporting sustainability initiatives like MECCA M-PACT and MECCA M-POWER. The position runs Tuesday-Saturday.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience managing a large format retail environment.
• Demonstrated ability to coach and train large teams.
• Passion for exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences.
• Ability to develop strong relationships and influence others.

We are looking for a passionate Store Manager to help lead our MECCA Burwood store in NSW on a full-time basis. Our Store Managers typically work on a Tuesday-Saturday rotation.

Day-to-day responsibilities :

• Ensure store operations are running smoothly to help the team create seamless and memorable customer experiences
• Help to build a highly effective team through ongoing training, mentoring and by providing feedback
• Engage and motivate your team in store to meet KPIs and uphold our values

What success looks like in this role:

• Extensive experience (minimum 3 years) managing a large format retail environment where you inspire, coach and train large teams.
• A true passion for exceptional customer service, going above and beyond for our customers to create MECCA-magic moments.
• Previous coaching and mentoring experience focusing on team member development
• A make-it-happen mindset with a proven ability to develop strong relationships
• Genuine care for people, always striving to create the best possible team member experience.
