Aruma in Moe, VIC is hiring casual Support Workers to empower people with disability to live more independent, self-directed lives. You will provide person-centred support, assist with daily living, community access, and help participants build skills and confidence.

The role offers flexible shifts, including weekends and sleepovers, with opportunities for ongoing learning and a values-driven team. Relevant clearances and First Aid/CPR are encouraged; prior experience in disability or community

Qualifications

• Genuine passion for supporting people with disability.
• Flexible and available for weekends, evenings, sleepovers, or active nights.
• Empathetic, resilient, and positive attitude.
• Effective communication and teamwork.
• Willing to obtain NDIS Worker Screening, Working With Children Check, and First Aid/CPR.
