Job summary

Aruma in Moe, VIC is hiring casual Support Workers to empower people with disability to live more independent, self-directed lives. You will provide person-centred support, assist with daily living, community access, and help participants build skills and confidence.

The role offers flexible shifts, including weekends and sleepovers, with opportunities for ongoing learning and a values-driven team. Relevant clearances and First Aid/CPR are encouraged; prior experience in disability or community

Bonus Points If You Have

• Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) or a related qualification.
• Previous experience in disability, community services, aged care, or support work.
• Knowledge of the NDIS and person-centred supports.
