Job summary

Aruma in Australia is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to empower participants to live independently with dignity. You’ll provide person-centered support, assist with daily living tasks, and help build confidence in community activities.

No prior disability sector experience is required; on-the-job training, induction, and buddy shifts are provided. The role requires flexibility to cover a 24/7 roster including overnights and weekends, and a current CPR/First Aid certificate, and valid checks.

Qualifications

• CPR and First Aid Certificate
• NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain)
