Job summary

DWS Group seeks a Maximo Support Lead for Darwin, NT to lead day-to-day operations of a critical IBM Maximo EAM environment. You will oversee ticket workflows, coordinate stakeholders, and serve as the main escalation contact while ensuring service levels are met.

The position is a 6-month Max Term engagement starting 2 November, with potential extensions. Hybrid work with 3+ onsite days and competitive pay up to $183K per year or $775 per day ACN.

Qualifications

• Experience with IBM Maximo EAM platform
• Experience in a Support Lead / Senior Support / Application Support role
• Strong troubleshooting and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with ticketing and service management processes
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage priorities, escalations and competing demands

Responsibilities

• Overseeing Maximo support tickets and service requests
• Coordinating support activities and ensuring tickets progress within SLAs
• Investigating, troubleshooting and resolving complex issues
• Acting as primary escalation point for Maximo support matters
• Liaising with stakeholders and technical teams on support issues
• Maintaining support reporting and operational processes
