Job summary

DWS is seeking multiple Maximo Support Analysts to provide day-to-day support for a large enterprise asset management environment. You will assist users, manage support requests, troubleshoot issues, and help ensure the platform operates effectively within agreed service levels.

Where: Melbourne / Sydney / Brisbane / Adelaide; Type: ACN or Max Term; Start: 2 November 2026; Length: 6 months with extensions; Style: Hybrid; 2 days onsite; Salary: ACN up to $645/day; Max Term up to $150K (inc super).

Qualifications

• Experience in a service desk or application support environment.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple support requests and priorities.
• Experience monitoring Maximo support tickets and service requests.
• Ability to investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve user issues.
• Escalate complex incidents to appropriate technical teams.
• Provide user support and guidance on Maximo functionality.
• Maintain accurate ticket updates, notes and resolutions.
• Support routine system monitoring and BAU activities.
• Assist testing and validation of minor system changes.
