Job summary

ALOIS Australia is seeking a seasoned Maximo Lead Consultant to join our Perth team on a contract/FTC basis. The role calls for 10–12 years of Maximo experience, including upgrades, customizations and data migrations, with strong design and architecture capabilities.

You will lead Maximo implementations, guide development teams, build integrations with other enterprise systems, and ensure architecture and performance meet business needs across on‑premise and cloud environments.

Qualifications

• 10-12 years of experience in Maximo and expertise in upgrades, customization and data migration projects.
• Experience in designing and architecting Maximo solutions based on business requirements.
• Hands-on experience with IBM Maximo products and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of Maximo solutions, including configuration, customization, integration and deployment.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.
• Design and implement integrations between Maximo and other enterprise systems.
• Develop customizations and extensions to Maximo to meet business needs.
• Identify performance bottlenecks and optimize system performance and scalability.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and troubleshooting guides.
• Provide training and support to end-users and administrators.
