Job summary
NSW Government is seeking a Program Manager to lead the shaping phase of a business-led transformation, within Finance & Commercial, focusing on roadmap definition across people, process, technology and data, and readiness for an enterprise Maximo upgrade.
The role requires 10+ years of enterprise program leadership in asset-intensive environments, strong executive writing, and experience with complex stakeholder governance and change management.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of enterprise program leadership in transformation programmes.
- Experience in asset/utility environments or infrastructure programs is highly valued.
- Proven ability to write clear business cases and executive papers.
Responsibilities
- Direct and lead a cross-functional team of 5–10 professionals across governance, delivery, and finance.
- Translate strategy into actionable roadmaps and staged plans for portfolio delivery.
- Lead business case development, benefit realization, and investment sequencing for senior leadership.
- Establish readiness pathway for major Maximo platform upgrade.
- Engage senior stakeholders and vendors to align on delivery and risk strategies.
- Drive change management to embed new systems and ways of working.
