Qualifications

• Understanding of current Maths curriculum and ability to integrate literacy and numeracy skills.
• Ability to implement high impact teaching strategies and assess their impact on student learning.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with students, parents and colleagues.
• Commitment to professional learning and reflective practice to improve teaching quality.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement a range of teaching programs or courses in Maths for Years 7–12.
• Deliver instruction in the curriculum and monitor student progress across year levels.
• Monitor, evaluate and report student progress in key learning areas to students and parents.
• Maintain records of class attendance and student progress.
• Participate in induction, mentoring and professional learning activities.
• Contribute to school policies and program development under guidance.
