Job summary

Hitech Asia Pacific is seeking an experienced Master Scheduler in Canberra, ACT to design and implement an integrated program scheduling and resource management framework. You will work with Project Managers, technical specialists, operational leaders and executives to improve resource planning, prioritisation, forecasting and delivery outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience with complex master scheduling across large programs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project or equivalent scheduling platforms.
• Strong workforce planning and capacity forecasting abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated, resource-loaded master schedules.
• Establish resource planning, forecasting and scheduling frameworks.
• Conduct capacity analysis and identify resource constraints and risks.
