Express Employment Professionals in Artarmon, NSW is seeking a Marketing & Sales Specialist for a full-time, temp-to-perm role. You will develop marketing initiatives, produce collateral, and support business growth with the sales team.

The position requires 3+ years in Marketing or B2B, strong Adobe CC skills (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), and MS 365 proficiency. 7:30am–5:00pm hours with a four-day roster, based in Sydney.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Marketing, Sales Enablement or B2B Marketing.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially InDesign; Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Strong written communication, copywriting and presentations with high attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate with external suppliers to deadlines.
• Strong MS 365 skills, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
• Excellent organisational skills and a proactive, autonomous work style.
• Australian Permanent Residency or Australian Citizenship.

Responsibilities

• Identify marketing opportunities with the Sales Manager and develop targeted campaigns.
• Create high-quality marketing collateral including brochures, spec sheets, presentations, EDMs and client materials.
• Coordinate external creative agencies and suppliers to deliver projects on time to a high standard.
• Assist in managing marketing projects including brand initiatives, website updates and product catalogs.
• Coordinate marketing requirements for trade shows, client events and promotional activities.
• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing collateral and communications.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• A minimum of 3 years' experience in Marketing, Sales Enablement or B2B Marketing.
• Intermediate to advanced Adobe Creative Cloud skills, particularly InDesign, with experience using Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Strong written communication, copywriting and presentation skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and work with external suppliers or creative agencies to deadline.
• Strong Microsoft 365 skills, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise competing deadlines.
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to work autonomously.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Australian Permanent Residency or Australian Citizenship.
