Job summary

A S Harrison & Co is seeking an experienced Marketing Specialist to join our Commercial Excellence & Marketing team in Sydney. You will own B2B marketing campaigns, digital content, events and sales enablement across Australia and New Zealand.

This hands-on role requires initiative, project management and delivering marketing activities that drive commercial results. The position is part-time with three days per week in-office in Brookvale, Sydney.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years' experience in marketing, campaign delivery or commercial support.
• Experience across digital marketing channels and campaign performance reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365; Salesforce or other CRM experience is highly regarded.
• A proactive, commercially minded approach with ability to work autonomously and manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Campaigns: Plan and deliver marketing campaigns, product launches and go-to-market activities.
• Content and brand: Create and manage content across LinkedIn, email, websites and collateral.
• Events: Coordinate industry events, trade shows and customer days.
• Sales support: Develop sales materials and support Salesforce campaign management, lead tracking and data quality.
• Performance: Monitor campaign results, report on key metrics and recommend improvements.
• Collaboration: Work with Sales, Product Management, suppliers and agencies to deliver marketing initiatives.
